Hi! I’m Monika, I’m here to help you start living healthier in simple steps. 

 

I lost 14 kilograms, became happier, healthier and stronger physically and mentally I want to help you do the same.  My journey with fitness started only few years ago. Until then, I was overweight and had a lazy lifestyle eating unhealthy foods and moving very little. I didn't feel good. Now I cannot imagine a week without my workouts and healthy food (most of the time). I found a balanced way to enjoy life while keeping good health and still looking good. Here I share my journey with you.

 

I have a fulltime job which has nothing to do with staying fit, in which I sit all day. I know how difficult it can be to stick to healthy habits while working. If you are looking for simple solutions, tips and advice on how to live healthier you’ve met the right person. Here I share my passion for fitness and self-development.

 

My transformation thought me that health and beauty starts from the inside. If you want your body to change, you have to start thinking positive. Believe in yourself and believe that you can achieve whatever you are set out to do. The best gift you can give to yourself and your family is become stronger and healthier in body, mind and spirit. I want you to fall in love with your body, regardless of how much you weigh.
