4 minute tabata lower body workout

Exercise 1: High knees

Exercise 2 Snatch

Exercise 3: Squat and kick

Exercise 4: Squat

What is Tabata? You simply do 20 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds rest between, and you need to complete 8 rounds to bring an overall time to 4 minutes.
