Be ready to sweat as it is harder than it looks! Exercise 1: Scissor kicks Exercise 2 Mountain climber Exercise 3: Bicycle crunch Exercise 4: High knees What is Tabata? You simply do 20 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds rest between, and you need to complete 8 rounds to bring an overall time to 4 minutes.
