Home workouts are a great way to keep fit. You can workout when it suits you (for example when kids are asleep), you don’t have to think about what to wear, or do your make up, or think about what your body looks like currently. Plus, if you don’t know how to do the exercise, you see how to do it a few times, try it and then do the whole workout. Nobody is judging you, nobody is making you go faster than you are cable of, and you can do it all at your own tempo. You can even stop when you really had enough, go straight to the kitchen and drink a smoothie you made earlier (hopefully a healthy one! 😉) And you can shower right after the workout in your own bathroom… Looking after your body couldn’t be easier!
