Are your fears based on something real? If you are afraid to do something, or to get out there to start reaching your goals, ask yourself this question: what is holding you back and is it really something to be scared of? Write your answers down on piece of paper or in your notebook. You may discover that many of them are not really anything you should be afraid of, but rather little monsters created by negative thinking. It may help you overcome them!
