If you want to know what really works it's this: liking yourself enough to do the things your mind and body will thank you for. If you wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and don't like what you see, you're not going to take care of yourself.
I used to think a lot of negative things about myself, and my bad habits reflected that. It's when I decided to like myself, to wake up, look at myself in the mirror and smile to myself, that's when things started to change.
I started to enjoy doing healthy things daily, which led me to this place: happy, much more confident and content with what I've got. And my body changed too!
