Core workout at home, no equipment

These core strengthening exercises should only take 10 minutes. Do this short at home abs workout anytime without equipment. Remember, to have a slim waist keep your diet healthy.

Before you begin, make sure to complete a warm up: complete 1-2 rounds of one of the following workouts at home:

Take 1-2 minutes rest between each circuit and repeat each workout circuit 2-3 times depending on your fitness level.
