Loop band workout for legs

This full lower body workout with resistance bands will help to tone your quads, hamstrings and glutes. When exercises are performed regularly, they will help you lose fat from these areas and build some strength. Great for a beginner who wants to learn strength training or someone who needs to workout at home due to lack of access to the gym.
