These upper body stretching exercises will be especially useful after an upper body workout or anytime if you want to get a bit more flexible. Take your time with each stretch, don’t overdo any of them.
Only go as far as you can. You should feel comfortable but at the same time slightly challenged. Repeat stretches twice to three times if you just finished working out, otherwise if it is your full workout, then repeat as many times as you feel like and if time allows. Enjoy it and use this time to cool down and relax. If you are just starting out, bend your elbows slightly where mine are straight, to allow for more space in your back. Only go as far as your own limits and stretch slightly further with each deep and conscious breath.
