Gym based workout for strong back and abs for ladies - to help you build strength and shred fat.
First exercise was pull downs, but the footage was not suitable so I didn’t include it here, but it will probably good idea to include in your workout if you decide to train like this. Before you begin, make sure to complete a warm up.
